Instructional Assessment & Evaluation

We offer a wide range of support services for evaluating instructional modules, courses, programs and products, and assessing learning outcomes in face-to-face, blended and fully distance learning environments. Although our primary focus is on computer-based instruction, we also support the use of computer-based technologies for assessment and evaluation in any course, including conventional face-to-face instruction.

Productive investment in Technology

The introduction of technology into a course may or may not produce the intended results. It’s essential that resources invested in technology are productive for student success and administrative management. Timely and on-target feedback is a powerful tool for improving and enhancing instruction at any level. There are often times when it’s essential to document success for grants and other institutional evaluation requirements and we offer support for both formative evaluation (to enhance or improve instruction) and summative evaluation (to prove or demonstrate impact or results of instruction).
