Ying Chang (Front Desk)

My piece of the puzzle:
Ying is one of the three-person team that is responsible for providing services to support the LTC front desk work. Her primary duty includes greeting clients, maintaining the Center's client database, and assisting the clients how to use the equipments provided by the LTC.

Background & Education:
Enrolled in the School of Music at The University of Arizona, Ying recently completed the coursework for her doctoral study and now work on the final document for the completion of her degree.
