The conference hotel is adjacent to the main gate of the University
of Arizona and is centrally located in the Main Gate district of
shops, restaurants, cafes and the university. The Marriott University
Park offers a sauna, swimming in their outdoor pool, and a fitness
center.
Hotel Reservations
Make sure you reserve your rooms quickly to ensure the special
conference rate of $119/night plus tax for a single or double
room. When making reservations,
mention the VAF conference for this special rate (remember
this is our high season); the conference code (used for online
reservations) is
VAFVAFA. The cut-off date
for room reservations is March 11th, after which the hotel will
sell off any additional unreserved rooms. Check-in time is 3pm
and check-out time is 12 noon.
If you will be coming before
the 13th or staying later than the 17th you
MUST call the hotel directly, because your reservation will
not be taken by the site.
Parking
The Marriott University Park has parking available in the parking
garage across Second Street from the hotel in the University
of Arizona Main Gate Parking Garage. Charges are $9 per car,
per night that includes in and out privileges. Vouchers are obtained
at check-in, with charges applied to your room account. Weekend
self-parking is free.
